October 2004 – August 2005 – The project Youth and Regional Cross-Border Cooperation has been implemented by the Union of Civic Associations from Southern Hungary (Szeged, Hungary), in partnership with Free Minds Association. This project was financed by the European Union PHARE CBC HU 2002/000.672.
